My husband, Ronnie, and I have 5 children so far. Four beautiful girls and one sweet boy. Ronnie was a riverboat captain. He was gone for a month at a time and home for two weeks on a regular basis. He is now tanking barges so he can be home more. His real passion is homesteading, firewood, and raising kids!
Sarah is my 9-year-old who likes to be in charge. She’s definitely a leader. She loves riding horses, hiking in the woods, and reading anything she can get her hands on.
Abigail is our quiet little sweetheart. She’s 7 and loves to help out with cleaning and organizing our home. She is also a master at coloring even the most tedious coloring books.
Elizabeth (we usually call her Lizzy) is 5 and quite a handful. She loves to talk. She can be very sweet and encouraging and her wisdom already amazes me.
Our son is Ronnie the third, but we call him by his middle name, Joseph. He is a happy, sweet, energetic 3-year-old. We’re amazed at how smart and helpful he is already. He is all boy. He loves to be outside, especially if he can play with some tools and trucks.
Baby Bethany Joy is now one year old! She was born at home like the last three of her siblings, but she was my first water birth! Her smiles are contagious; she is truly full of joy.
